By engaging in coaching services with Dionne Sutherland you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. COACHING SERVICES
Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional service designed to support personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical services. Dionne Sutherland is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or healthcare provider.
Personal Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and outcomes. Dionne Sutherland is not liable for consequences resulting from decisions made during or after coaching sessions.
2. CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential Information
Information shared during coaching sessions will remain private. Dionne Sutherland will not disclose information without the client’s consent unless required by law.
Legal Exceptions
Courts or legal authorities may request disclosure. In such cases, compliance is required without prior notice.
3. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
No Guarantees
Coaching results vary based on the client’s effort, participation, and commitment. No outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
4. LEGAL LIABILITY
No Liability
Dionne Sutherland is not responsible for actions or outcomes resulting from coaching services. Clients agree to hold Dionne harmless for personal or financial consequences.
5. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
Not Professional Advice
Coaching is not financial, legal, or medical advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals as needed.
6. PERSONAL ACCOUNTAILITY
Active Participation
Coaching works best when clients participate actively and consistently. Progress requires responsibility, effort, and willingness to implement insights.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Use of Materials
All coaching materials are the intellectual property of Dionne Sutherland. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission.
8. BOUNDARIES AND COMMUNICATION
Communication Outside Sessions
Communication outside sessions is welcome, but responses may take up to 72 hours. Urgent matters should be directed to appropriate professionals.
9. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Remaining sessions may be refunded or rescheduled under the Booking Policy: Booking Policy.
10. RECORD-KEEPING
Session Records
Brief session notes may be kept to support client progress. These records remain confidential and may be deleted upon client request.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
